Character stats help

I noticed in core, that the dev parsed the buffed, items and base values of the stats for strength, wisdom, ect.

Now my issue is how are these pulled? thru game variables, maybe. They used an autoupdater for it, but I would like a bit more control of this listing. Well it would work.

Also what makes the items render int he order that they do? like it puts wisdom first.
