Scrolling Buffs Window anybody?
My brother asked me to make this for him to allow for more buffs without overlapping other things on screen with his 1440x900 resolution.

So far I have it working, but with one anomaly. Maybe it is just me, but for some reason, the guild buffs are all showing duplicate, all other buffs show correctly.

Here is what I have so far. Basically, I just did a copy/paste of the code that Grimmier did for the quest list but modified it for buffs, so Im not sure if there is un-needed code in there or not.
