All in one bag window

I saw that someone had asked about this before and that some people said it was possible and explained the restrictions, but it doesn't seem that anyone has gotten around to making this. I would very much like to have an all in one bag window for organization purposes. Would any of you coders be interested in writing something like this? I currently use CoreUI3 and would like it if this mod was compatible with that UI.
