I've really messed up /uiwinscale - Need help

I actually use the default UI since returning to the game. Today, I tried to decrease the size of my buff bar with /uiwinscale .9 But it actually resized all windows... whether they were open or not.

I tried to revert by exiting, re-logging, rebooting and using /uiwinscale 1. But nothing I do will get it back to default.

So then I went about resizing each window individual with /uiwinscale 1, but not of those changes will save and each time I come back in, everything is back to .9.

I was hoping the interface experts here could help.
