Mob debuffs?

Which file contains the code for the offensive target's debuffs? I would really like to have those go from the bottom of the window toward the top.

Edit: I found the file it uses, VGUITargetDebuffs.xml so now just need to know how to make the list progress from bottom up.

1.) u can't change files in the directory ../sheels/default.
every gamestart will download the file from server and overwrite your changes.

2.) if u have a custom ui , change this at the end of the file

Thanks. I saw the minus sign in one of the Core windows that went from bottom to top so I thought that was one of the keys. However, I was also trying to change too many other things; like the TOP_LEFT to BOTTOM_LEFT etc. Thanks for the tip, I'll try it out.
