Here is a fix that corrects the visibility of the TBird Shortcut Window. This corrects it so that when it is turned off in the Control Panel, it will not come back when you relog or go to another character.
Unzip the contents of this file, and copy to < Vanguard Install>\VGUIAssets\Shells\DroxUI\Windows. You should get an warning that you are overwriting a file, if you do not, then likely you are not copying to the right location. Double check location and that you are copying the unziped file.
