This is a fix for all of the buff windows included with CoreUI to include the new short duration window.
*update* Fixed issue with horizontal buff windows being named the same thing.

window unlocks
Sometimes the short term window somehow gets to be movable even though im not in layout mode. Wondering if thats core or vg or me? When Im clicking around it gets moved and I have to move it back or use the core load feature. Not a huge deal, but kind of weird

This is Great! Thanks for the fix. I spent the better part of yesterday trying to figure out how to do this myself and i got no where, although i was trying to learn XML (editing) as i was also trying to fix the buffs thing so i could have been here for years. hehe
