I have no problem seeing it in compilations.. so feel free to use it.
About making other graphics for UIs.. if I can help, I glady do if my time allows it. Been looking at some graphics already from CoreUI, Drox and others if there's something I'd like to change.
Myself I tend to keep things simple - ok, the BookParts aren't the best example for it
Generally I prefer UIs with less knickknack for the parts which are always visible and these shouldn't distract my attention away from what's happening around my character.. things like that book can look a bit more playful since I only activate it a few times while playing.
Let me know if there are graphics you have in mind.. . a sketch, a discription would help already. I'm not skilled in the xml part (i can only read it, but not really make it) to make complete UIs on my own.
Maybe I'll make a whole screenshot of an UI and the programmers can say if it's possible or not
But that may take some time because I'm pretty much involved into a project right now.
