Question Usable with default UI?

Hi, first of all please accept my heartfelt condolences in the loss of your father. Though I don't know you personally it saddens me when anyone has to endure that kind of pain.

And from there, on to my question, thanks for reading...

Is it possible for me to use Maddy with the standard, default VG UI? I don't really want to change the whole UI just to get your awesome Maddy tools to work. If it's possible, can you tell me how, step by step, in a way that a slow 4th-grader would understand? Yes, I'm that ignorant with these kinds of things.

Thanks. It's getting close to perfect.

One point though.... when you have 3 complications, all the "resolve" buttons are not accessible (I have usually 4 possible choices at lvl 48).

I love it

It took me a while testing different craft mods to finally settle on Sweetcraft, which I grew to love.

Then I discovered your much improved Maddy Craft and loved it, but missed the skill window!

Now you have delivered what I was waiting for! Thanks much. I was previously using your Rev 1 of MaddyCraft with Mothers recipe selector. I just checked out your version 2 and absolutely love all the improvements.

I have shoved int in my CoreUI3 Mod and am happily crafting away! Thanks for all the hard work.

And on a side note: Very sorry to hear about your father, that is a tough loss for a family to bear.

Hello there,

unfortunately I had little to no time working on it during the last weeks because my father died and you can imagin what that means...

But finally I am over it and here comes short update on the actaul status of this Craft-Mod:

I changed the size of the action-icons so that up to 12 different options should fit into the craft-window. How many options are there for the infineum armor? More than 12?

Thanks and no, sorry. Unfortunately these Icons in the list are no item-slots like the "Small Bags", so resizing doesn't work on them (or better: I have no clue how to do that on them). But I changed the size of the list to show 10 items at once and integrated a switch for a text-only-version of that list, practically doubling the number of shown items... I hope you will like that

I did that already and you are right, It so easy to forget the catalyst, did it many times on my own. This was the first feature, that i integrated after the initial release...

Sorry, but as far as I know there's no way to bind these buttons to the keyboard.

More features coming with next version:
  • Changed size of most windows to smaller versions.
  • Mothers nice Recipe-Hotbar integrated during Refing-Start
  • Added Nadgers missing items added to the Recipe Details
  • Return of Sweetcrafts Skill-Window ( a shortcut to your Craft-Skills during Crafting to adjust points "on the fly")

I am still changing some minor things and do tests on all UIs I can get my hands on. Give me around one more week to fiddle with things!

Hi,

I have been using craft mods since february. I started with celesta craft then with GU2 I switched to Mother craft. With GU3 breaking it and Mother stopping the game, I have switched to your interface and I have added it to my Drox compilation (found in the compilation section).

The Table setup is very well done and better than everything I have seen so far. Would it be possible for you to resize the utilities icons so that more could appear on the page (a la "Small Bags").

The crafting table is nice (even if it takes a bit to get used too as my brain is wired for a different setup now ). I have two suggestions/request :

- Catalyst protection : I have gotten used to the catalyst protection feature of Mother Craft and I think Nadger has done something like it as well). With your mod (as well as the basic UI), it's fairly easy to forget to put the catalyst. Would be nice if you could add it somehow (Mother's way is the best I have seen)

- Keyboard's shortcuts. How is it possible to bind the 1 to 8 buttons ?

Same Problem

Short update: I changed the table setup (enlarged it) so you can now see 10 items at once. Additionally fixed some minor glitches and put the complications back in their own window, to reduce the window-resizing.

Which pieces to choose do you mean? During table setup or during the avtual crafting process? I never did Infineum Armor before, sorry, but Its very easy to change any size.

nice mod, really like it.

As i made Infineum Rewrought Armor Piece i saw that the window is a bit to small cant see all pieces to choose, can the tradeskillwindow made larger?

Many thanks for your comments, I am glad you like this mod.

I had several reports of two Recipe-Windows popping at clicking a workstation in combination with DroxUI. This effect is caused by the "ExpandedRefiningStart.xml" which is included in DroxUI. This functionality is complitely included in "Maddy_VGUIRefingStart.xml" so its safe to delete the one from Drox (or comment them out).

So please look in the Index.xml (in the DroxUI-Directory) for:
<Window filename="ExpandedRefiningStart.xml"/>
and change it to:
<!-- Window filename="ExpandedRefiningStart.xml"/ -->
or simply delete this line.
