Rather then all the copying/pasting and I'm just going to reference the file in the default folder, it's how Xyndr did all the other files. and it makes it so that when those files are updated, they are automatically patched in the UI... (I am sure this is the only reason he did it this way) I'm also testing a couple more fixes.
Also working with a couple more mods before I upload, I'm expirementing with some different ways to mark NPCs.

Unfortunately I am too low to have any enhancements things myself. So... I'm not even sure if I am able to test this.
I figured this out. You are missing the VGUIAttachment.xml file in your build and referenced entry in the index.xml file. Basically, I went to the default UI windows folder and took the VGUIAttachment.xm file and copied that into the MyUI/windows folder. I then added a reference to the VGUIAttachment.xml file in the index.xml reference file in the MyUI main folder. Now the attachments/enhancements window opens when you click the ability.

enahancements and harvesting
Nice work.
Couple things:
1. Enhancements Window - I can't seem to get the window to open. I am using unhooked if that matters.
2. Harvesting Window - I now have two harvesting windows (the old and your new one). How can I turn off the old one?

I am unable to duplicate this, I logged in my Necromancer, (running the 1680 preset that I modified) left clicked on the grafts button, and the grafts window opened...
Are you using one of the preset layouts? I'm thinking the window may have somehow gotten moved offscreen.
